Consultations with your doctor are by appointment only.
TYPES OF APPOINTMENTS
Please let reception staff know if you require a quick, standard or long consultation when making your booking. This will enable reception staff to allocate adequate time for your appointment and helps keep our doctors running on time.
Quick Consultation - Fluvax or B12 only, INR only, Urinary tract infection (UTI), Gardisil only, Repeat prescriptions, Child with ear infection
Standard Consultation - Respiratory infections, Colds, Flu, Work cover certificate, Multiple scripts or medication review, Gastro, Diabetes review, Travel vaccines or Other immunisations, Drivers licence
Long Consultations - Complex or Multiple problems, Medical Forms (Centrelink or Insurance), GP Mental Health Plans, Health Assessments, Heavy Vehicle License form (truck or taxi), Excisions.
URGENT MEDICAL PROBLEMS
If you have an urgent medical problem please let our reception staff know when booking. Reception staff will ask you a number of important questions to help determine how urgently you need an appointment and if the nature of your problem can be dealt with by your doctor or is better handled by another health professional.

BOOK ON THE DAY APPOINTMENTS
Each doctor has a number of reserved appointments which are only able to be booked on the day. This service is to ensure that patients who have sudden illness or are unwell on the day to have access to the doctor of their choice.
CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment we request that you contact us at lease 2 hours prior to the appointment time. This will allow us to offer the appointment to another patient from our cancellation list. Repeat non attendance at appointments may result in a late cancellation fee being charged.
